Community foundation offers grants to teachers

In an effort to support teachers in the Peabody school district, Peabody Community Foundation is offering grants for needs outside of the district’s annual budget.

Student groups working in collaboration with a teacher may also apply.

Up to 10 $250 projects will be funded. Applications will be accepted until Oct. 17. The form is online at centralkansascf.org under the “apply” tab.

Grants will be awarded at the fourth annual #Giving Tuesday/Winterfest event at 5 to 8:30 p.m. Dec. 3 at the high school. The evening is sponsored by PCF and USD 398.

PCF is an affiliate of Central Kansas Community Foundation.
