Government surplus commodities will arrive at county senior centers April 25.

Commodities are available to individuals whose maximum monthly household income is below $1,316 for one person plus $468 for each additional family member.

Marion Senior Center will distribute commodities from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 26.

Lehigh residents can pick up commodities at Main St. Ministries in Hillsboro.

Others should check with their local sites for distribution times, as not all sites distribute on the same day.

If no commodities are left at a particular site, patrons may call the Department on Aging at (620) 382-3580.
