Mid-Kansas Coop is sponsoring its annual coat drive at all MKC locations from now through Nov. 14.

The annual “Share the Warmth” campaign is organized by members of the MKC Community Involvement Committee to bring winter coats and apparel to those in need.

“We are working completely on donations from our communities,” committee Spencer Reames said. “Our goal this year is to collect 200 coats.”

In addition to coats, the drive is collecting new and gently used hats, scarves, and gloves from child to adult sizes.

Donations are being accepted at all MKC locations and will be donated to local charity and clothing organizations throughout the area served by Mid-Kansas Coop.
