The City of Peabody and refuse service provider Waste Connections will sponsor fall cleanup days Oct. 24 to 29.
Dumpsters will be stationed at the intersection of First and Olive streets from 4 to 8 p.m. on Oct. 24 and Oct. 26 and from 8 to 11 a.m. on Oct. 29.
Curbside pickup will take place all day on Oct. 28. Residents should remember to box, bag, or bundle refuse, not leave it in loose piles at the curb.
Yard waste, limbs, and clippings will not be picked up. Residents may take them to the burn pit at the south end of Olive Street.
The Marion County Household Hazardous Waste unit will be on hand at the intersection of First and Vine streets from 9 a.m. to noon on Oct. 29 to collect household chemicals, paint, and other materials restricted from landfills.
