Ally Bank filed a petition Feb. 5 against Dillon M. Rork seeking repossession of a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 he purchased March 8, 2023, from Midway Motors for $57,400.23. Ally has a lien on the pickup because the purchase contract subsequently was assigned to Ally. The petition claims Rork has failed to make $1,118.18 in payments.

Samuel Roman filed a petition Feb 6 to change his name to Samuel Roman, the same as it is now, for religious reasons. Summer F. Wedel also filed a petition Feb. 6 to change her name to Summer F. Wedel for the same reason. The couple are creating a Bible registry and want their names recorded in what they consider to be a proper way for it.
