Donna Hanschu filed suit June 14 against Richard Engquist and Engquist Tractor Services. Hanschu seeks more than $50,000, claiming negligence and vicarious liability for an April 26 collision of her SUV and a pickup owned by Engquist Tractor Services and driven by Engquist. The collision occurred at Nighthawk and 190th Rds.

Roger and Pamela Maag were ordered June 12 to pay Newton Healthcare Corp. $3,742.81 plus costs and interest for unpaid medical bills.

Casey Snow was ordered June 13 to pay Discover Bank $18,391.62 plus costs and interest for unpaid credit card bills.
