Kevin Geren was ordered April 6 to pay Midland Credit Management $3,828.09 plus costs and interest for unpaid credit card bills.

Countryside Feed filed a petition April 10 against Jeff Kruse seeking $5,160.65 plus costs and interest for unpaid bills.

Jessica and Robert Hannah Jr., heirs of the estate of Manitoba, Canada, resident Diane Hannah, filed a petition April 14 asking the court to approve a $25,000 settlement with Omaha, Nebraska, resident Anibal A. Rodriguez for Diane Hannah’s Nov. 5 death. Hannah died when Rodriguez lost control of his pickup on an ice-covered bridge and it collided head-on with Hannah’s Jeep. A related lawsuit brought by Mariela Gomez, who was riding in Rodriguez’s pickup with her daughters, Mayte and Ashley Antunez, was settled March 28 for $14,222.82.

Angie Larsen was ordered April 4 to pay Nex-Tech Wireless $1,215.34 plus costs and interest for unpaid bills.

Marcia Lehmann was ordered March 24 to pay Jefferson Capital Systems $2,459.01 plus costs and interest for unpaid credit card bills.

Casey R. Snow was ordered April 11 to pay Capital One $2,838.09 plus costs and interest for unpaid credit card bills.
