Tristan, Austin, and Justin Bronson were ordered Aug. 3 to pay David and Shirley Beckner $397 for damage to a camper.

Rakesh Davis filed suit Friday against Lakisha Reed and DeQuincy Sanders seeking $1 million for injuries he suffered when riding in the back seat of a car driven by Reed and owned by Sanders that collided with a tow truck April 12 near US-50 and Mustang Rd. Davis claims the wreck was caused by Reed driving with a suspended license, at a high rate of speed, and swerving back and forth in and out of traffic. Davis claims he suffered medical expenses, permanent injuries and disability, pain, suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, and mental anguish.

A suit earlier filed against Emily Dornbush by Bart Ridder seeking $2,600 for an unpaid personal loan was dismissed Aug. 8.

A suit earlier filed against Elesies Mendoza by Auto House seeking $2,147.55 for an unpaid towing bill was dismissed Aug. 4 for lack of activity.

Middlecreek Mining was ordered Aug. 8 to pay St. Luke Hospital $14,242.34 garnished from the wages of Robert Oursler.
