Edward Runyon filed a suit May 24 against Hadley Transit and Matthew Hadley seeking more than $75,000. Runyon claims Hadley violated a contract and unlawfully trespassed on Runyon’s property, and took a Peterbilt truck Runyon had purchased from Hadley.

Jason P. and Amanda Schroeder were ordered May 23 to pay Newton Healthcare Corp. $5,595.73 plus costs and interest for unpaid medical bills.
