Marion County sheriff’s department filed on July 30 a notice of pending forfeiture of a 2015 Chevrolet Impala against Lacey Lee Gibson and Toyota Motor Credit Corp. The property was seized July 1 when the car, owned by Gibson and driven by Nathaniel Pough, was stopped on US-77 and both were arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, hash oil, prescription drugs, and ecstasy.
