Ally Bank filed a petition Dec. 16 against Juanita L. Ediger seeking possession of a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan and a judgment of $23,643.62 plus costs and interest. On Dec. 19, the court ordered the vehicle delivered to the sheriff’s office, or if not, the sheriff’s office to seize the vehicle, and the Grand Caravan delivered to Ally Bank if Ediger does not redeem the vehicle within 24 hours.

A lawsuit filed Dec. 3 against Marion County District Court and Kansas Department of Corrections by Jonathan Mangold seeking release from prison for drug treatment was dismissed Dec. 17 by district judge Steven Hornbaker.

Mindy Ruck was ordered Dec. 16 to pay $446.89 to Newton Healthcare Corporation.
