Phillip Bergkamp filed a petition Aug. 2 against Dennis G. Entz, Hutchinson. Bergkamp claims Entz stopped at the intersection of Nighthawk Rd. and US-50 Aug. 10, 2017, then pulled directly into the pathway of Bergkamp’s vehicle. Bergkamp claims he was severely injured, suffering past and future pain, suffering and disability, including $300,000 for loss of marital services and more than $75,000 for personal injuries.

Merlin D. Hiebert Trust filed a petition Aug. 6 against Velma M. Heibert Trust to quiet a title.

Daylyn Wayne Kessler filed a petition Aug. 12 seeking to change his name.

Roger Lee Williams was ordered July 8 to pay $8,612.80 plus costs and interest to Wade Kulhman to reimburse a payment Williams made to Southwest National Bank on behalf of Williams.

Lester Kaiser was ordered July 17 to pay Citibank $7,440.61 plus costs and interest for unpaid credit card bills.
