Robert Crossland, Haysville, filed a lawsuit April 4 against Daniel Hall and Reddi Industries, both of Wichita, seeking more than $75,000. The lawsuit stems from an April 9, 2016 accident at U.S.-77 and 180th Rd. Crossland claims he lost control of his vehicle while attempting to evade a ladder not secured to the Reddi Industries truck Hall was driving, and his car went into the west ditch and overturned.

Floyd Brown was ordered March 29 to pay $212.39 plus interest and court costs to Credit Management Services.

Mindy Ruck was ordered April 4 to pay $1,477.30 plus interest and costs to St. Luke Hospital.
