The Marion County Department on Aging is offering a wellness class on Tuesday afternoons at Bethesda Home in Goessel.
Instructors for the six-week program will teach how to make good decisions, plan a healthy diet, prevent falls, and improve balance. Tips for better communication with physicians, medication alerts, and the importance of getting a good night’s sleep will also be offered. The cost is $6.
The first session is from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Butterfly Lane Room at Bethesda.
