Marion Senior Center
A Christmas dinner will be served at noon on Christmas Eve, with all welcome to join. Entertainment will include bingo, and music by Lydia and Jim Gates. Wrapped gifts are still needed as bingo prizes.
Elvis will visit the senior center 7 p.m. Jan. 3.
Commodities arrived Dec. 18, and several seniors came to pitch in with distribution.
Helpers included Doris Winkler, Bill and Vickie Kaempfe, Becky Hogue, Shirley Moore, Janie Westerman, and Bob Crawford.
No meals were served Dec. 16 because of bad weather, but the center’s newsletter crew still showed up.
