Thursday

Peabody Senior Center peppernut baking immediately after lunch cleanup

Senior night at Peabody-Burns/Cedar Vale-Dexter football game at Peabody City Park. Senior football players, cheerleaders, and their parents will be honored at halftime.

Saturday

Family Halloween Party at 4 p.m. at Peabody American Legion. Costume contest, food, treats, age appropriate movies, children younger than 10must be accompanied by a parent. Admission is one boxed or canned non-perishable food item per person to be donated to Peabody food bank.

Monday

Trunk or Treat, 5 to 7:30 p.m., downtown Peabody. Walnut St. blocked off at 4 p.m. so treat donors can set up. Cars pull up to curb front first with trunk in the street for children to pick out treats. Curfew this year is 11 p.m. for 16 and 17 year olds and 10 p.m. for those 15 and younger.
