Kansas Day brunch at 9:30 a.m. at Peabody Senior Center. Menu includes biscuits and sausage gravy, coffee cake or cinnamon roll, fruit, and milk. Make reservations by calling (620) 983-2226.

Saturday

Peabody-Burns Elementary School book fair preview from 4:45 to 5:45 p.m. in PBES library. The book fair will be set up for students, parents, and patrons during school days all next week.

PBES Family Fun Night from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at PBES. Food, fun, and games including Bingo sponsored by PBES Parent-Teacher Organization.

Monday

Deadline to register for the recreation commission trip to Intrust Bank Arena Feb. 6 to see the Harlem Globetrotters. Call (620) 344-8380 for reservation. Admission is $27 per person. Bus leaves PBHS at 5:15 p.m. and returns at 10:30 p.m. No charge for transportation. Children younger than 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
