Thursday

Free summer reading program for toddlers to fifth grade students, 9:30 to 11 a.m., Peabody Township Library for toddlers to fifth grade students.

Friday

Fathers Day Brunch, 9:30 a.m., Peabody Senior Center. Reservations accepted at (620) 983-2226. Menu includes breakfast casserole, cinnamon roll or blueberry coffee cake, and coffee.

Free family swim, 5 to 8 p.m., Peabody swimming pool. At least one parent, legal guardian, or grandparent must remain with children admitted to the pool. Sponsored by Peabody-Burns Recreation Commission.

Monday

Swimming lessons begin at Peabody pool. Pre-registration and $20 fee required before start of session. Registerations accepted 1 to 5 p.m. at pool office. Morning lessons 10 to 10:30. Evening lessons are from 5:30 to 6, June 22 through 25 and June 29 through July 2.

Wednesday

Dinner with the Doctor at Peabody Senior Center, immediately following lunch. Dr. Randolph Whitely will discuss health issues for seniors.
