Burns senior citizens met at the Burns Community Center July 8 with 26 seniors and friends present to enjoy a potluck dinner.
“Happy Birthday” was sung to Bonnie Ayers.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and the treasurer’s report was given. Both reports were approved as presented.
The August meeting of the Marion County Senior Citizens Board was discussed.
Lowell Larsen had the program and told about his aviation experiences. He ferried Navy planes to many places around the globe. He had maps and charts and told of the aviation rules and laws.
