Brad Cody Sr., 61, died Nov. 25 at Salem Home in Hillsboro.

Family will have services at a later date.

He was born June 18, 1954, to Balis and Barbara Cody Sr. in Waukeegan, Illinois.

Survivors include wife Helen Cody of Hillsboro; sons Jonny of Zion, Illinois, Robert Blade of Georiga, and Bradford Amos Jr. of Hillsboro; brothers Balis Andrew Sr. of Atlanta, Georgia, Barry Arnold of Sauk Village, Illinois, and Brian Alan of Gary, Indiana; sister Belmer Kelly of Lynwood, Illinois; and two grandchildren.
