Bluejays dominate all-conference awards lists

After winning the regular season conference title, the accolades keep coming for Tabor College baseball players.

In the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference, head coach Mark Standiford was named coach of the year; outfielder Kirk Rocha, player of the year; Jacob Webb, co-pitcher of the year; and infielder Colton Flax, freshman of the year.

Thirteen Bluejays earned all-conference recognition, more than any other school.

First team

Third baseman Troy Torres, outfielder Kirk Rocha, starting pitcher Jacob Webb, and starting pitcher Junior Mustain.

Second team

Shortstop Gadiel Baez, catcher C.J. Dedeaux, infielder Kevin Seeger, outfielder Grant Silva, and starting pitcher Alex Mann.

Honorable mention

First baseman Kevin Seeger, outfielder Keenan Chanin, designated hitter Armando Castillo, starting pitcher Juan Acevedo, starting pitcher Russell Longworth, and outfielder Grant Silva.
