Pierce Davis Schlesener

Darin and Beth Schlesener of Hope announce the birth of their son, Pierce Davis Schlesener, April 16, 2009, at the Martha K. Hoover Women’s Health Center in Junction City.

He weighed 9 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20½ inches long.

Pierce joins his siblings, Rachel Gooldy, 14, and Sumner Schlesener, 2.

Maternal grandparents are Lt. Col. (ret.) Edgar and Ginny Burroughs III, of Columbus, Georgia.

Paternal grandparents are Jim and Shirley Beisel of Peabody and Daryl and Leslie Schlesener of Herington.

Great-grandparents are Wilbur and Faye Pearson of Simpson and Virgil and Laurene Schlesener of Herington.
