Jason and Ruby Kruse of rural Marion announce the birth of a son Jonathan Jason Nov. 1 at the Birth Inn, Wichita.

He weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 21 inches long.

Jonathan has a sister, Gracie Joy, 2.

Grandparents are Dwight and Jerrie Kruse and Charles and Annora Goering of rural Marion.

Great-grandmother is Anna Busenitz of rural Newton.
