Hillsboro Recreation Commission and Amber Monson will conduct an hour-long intermediate level Bench-step aerobics class starting 8 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday evenings in the meeting rooms at Hillsboro City Hall.

Cost of the class is $5 per session or $65 for the eight-week course. Bench steps will be provided along with some weights.
