Arlene Giesbrecht Trudell

On Dec. 21, 1960, Arlene Giesbrecht came into the world. On Aug. 9, 2012, Arlene Giesbrecht Trudell left the world, leaving it a better place to be and went to be with her Lord and Savior.

Arlene was born in Lawton, Okla. She was the daughter of Jonas and Justina Giesbrecht and was raised on the family farm in Hillsboro. She had three siblings on the farm, sister, Karen (Lee) Dirks of Greensburg; brother, Keith (Karen) Giesbrecht of Lakin; and brother, Ken (Shelly) Giesbrecht of Durham.

Arlene met Karl Trudell in September of 1996. They were married Feb. 14, 1999. To this union two children were born, Vanessa Lynn and Quinton Andrew. Vanessa and Quinton were the pride and joy in Arlene’s eyes. They were together for each other and big helpers for their mom until her journey came to an end on the night of Aug. 9.

Arlene’s other accomplishments, which she was happy doing, were learning to drive a semi-truck, and she had learned to swim with her children.

She leaves to mourn her loving husband, Karl Trudell; children, Vanessa and Quinton; father, Jonas Giesbrecht; her brothers and sister; uncles, aunts, and many cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother and grandparents.

Blessed be her memory.

A celebration of her life was Monday at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel with the Rev. Gale Graves officiating.

Cremation has taken place at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.

Please sign her online guestbook at http://www.wrcfuneral.com.
