More than 100 aprons varying in condition from well-used to spotless are on exhibit until June 20 at Mennonite Heritage and Agricultural Museum in Goessel.
Dubbed “Aprons: Plenty of Personality,” the collection will span throughout most of the museum’s eight buildings.
Apron collector Carolyn Stucky will give a presentation titled “Apron Strings: Ties to the Past” at 3 p.m. Saturday May 30 in the preparatory school, after which a light snack will be available.
The museum’s regular admission fee will apply throughout the duration of the exhibit. Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
