Alda Hiebert

A private graveside service for Alda Mae Hiebert, 84, who died May 1, 2020, at Bethesda home in Goessel, will be at Alexanderwohl Cemetery, rural Goessel.

A public service will be at a later date.

Born Feb. 11, 1936, in Goessel, to Philip and Alice Goertzen, she married Tom Hiebert Aug. 23, 2003, at First Mennonite Church in Hillsboro.

 Survivors include: husband Tom Hiebert of Goessel; son Ronald Ediger of Goessel; brother Lee Goertzen of North Newton; sister Frances Wistron of Stayton, Oregon; and numerous nieces and nephews.  

Her first husband, Waldo Ediger; and brother Bob Goertzen preceded her in death.

A memorial has been established with Bethesda Home.
