Albina Barbara Libal, 98, died Feb. 19, 2012, at St. Luke Living Center in Marion.

She was born Feb. 19, 1914, in Pilsen to Anton and Anna Urbanek Libal.

She lived in Marion County all her life and worked as a nurse aid at St. Luke Hospital. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Parish, Marion.

She is survived by a niece, Carmel Samples of Marion; a great-niece; and two great-nephews.

A Rosary was held Tuesday, followed by funeral Mass at St. Mark’s Catholic Church, Marion. Interment was at Marion Cemetery.

A memorial fund for the church has been established in her name. Memorial contributions may be sent in care of Zeiner Funeral Home, 205 Elm, Marion, KS 66861.
