These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

US-77 north of 210th Rd.

Chase A. Nichols, 31, Augusta, hit a deer at 6:10 a.m. May 10 with a 2019 GMC Savana owned by American Fire Sprinkler, Shawnee. The GMC was towed.

US-77 north of 340th Rd.

Nathan A. Graves, 19, Wichita, was injured at 1:50 a.m. May 8 when he lost control of a 2004 Honda Odyssey belonging to Vic Graves, Wichita, and overturned in a ditch. Graves and his passenger, Matthew J. Bauler, 35, Wichita, had to be extracted from the vehicle and were both taken to Herington Hospital.

Sunflower Rd. north of 130th Rd.

Martin G. Hooper, 60, Marion, hit a deer at 5:40 a.m. May 12 with his 1990 Chevrolet Silverado.

Pawnee Rd. north of 80th Rd.

Kaitlyn R. Fowler, 17, Peabody, hit a deer at 7:30 a.m. May 12 with a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am belonging to Julie Pearson, Peabody.

US-77 north of 310th Rd.

Brian J. Easter, 27, Lampasas, Texas, hit a deer at 5 a.m. Thursday with his 2015 Mazda MX3. The Mazda was towed.

HILLSBORO

604 Orchard Dr.

Amy B. Park, 33, Tampa, backed her 2016 Ford Fusion into a 2015 Honda Accord driven by Julianne Pankratz, 48, Hillsboro, at 4:15 p.m. Saturday in a parking lot at Dollar General.

Sivert Vanhorn of rural Tampa was a passenger in Park’s Ford. Jaylie Hein, Josie Friesen, and Ruth Paulus, all of Hillsboro, were passengers in Pankratz’s Honda.

Park said she had not seen Pankratz, who told police her Honda had been stopped, apparently waiting to park.
