These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

150th Rd. east of Eagle Rd.

Lyndi J. Duerksen, 38, Hillsboro, hit a deer at 9:30 p.m. Jan. 8 with her 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe.

Sunflower Rd. north of 120th Rd.

Elizabeth D. Parker, 27, Marion, hit a deer at 7:15 p.m. Jan. 9 with her 2015 Nissan Juke. Neither Parker nor her passenger, Levi Anderson, 30, Marion, reported injury. The Nissan was towed.

US-56 at Remington Rd.

Ruth D. Cramer, 90, Tampa, was injured at 2:24 p.m. Jan. 11 when she attempted to make a U-turn in the intersection with her 2013 Ford Focus and struck the side of a 2021 Volvo semi driven by Robert B. Smith, 49, Salina. Cramer was taken by ambulance to St. Francis Hospital in Wichita. Smith did not report injury. The Ford was towed.

Zebulon Rd. north of K-150

Edward M. Fickes, 42, Hillsboro, overturned a 2007 International semi at 10:09 a.m. Jan. 12 when the tanker load shifted during a left turn. The semi, owned by Ag Services, Hillsboro, was removed by Ag Services. Fickes did not report injury.

US-56 east of Eagle Rd.

Theodore J. Turk, 29, Marion, hit a deer at 6:33 p.m. Jan. 13 in his 2007 Saturn Ion.

Grand St. east of Ash

Carla J. Hein, 63, Hillsboro, struck a 2008 Dodge Ram-25 pickup driven by Gary W. Suderman, 76, Hillsboro, at 3:50 p.m. Jan. 11. Hein, driving a 2010 Ford F-150 pickup, was backing out of a parking space as Suderman was making a left turn into an alley and struck the driver’s side rear of the Dodge.
