These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:
SHERIFF
290th Rd. east of Limestone Rd.
Diane K. Steiner, 49, Durham, hit a deer with her 2009 Toyota Coaster at 7:25 p.m. Oct. 12.
K-15 at 170th Rd.
A 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe driven by Courtney A. Foudray, 25, Newton, struck the rear of a 2008 Chrysler Aspen driven by Sara R. Nolte, 43, Canton, as the Aspen was slowing to make a left turn onto 170th Rd. at 3 p.m. Oct. 12. Neither Foundray nor her passengers, Piper Odle, 10, Loreilli Langner, 10, and Dakota Odle, 5, all of Newton, reported injury. Neither did Nolte nor her passengers, Renee G. Nolte, 17, Mathius S. Nolte, 4, and Zachriah A. Nolte, 16, all of Canton.
Indigo Rd. north of 120th Rd.
Cathy R. Salas-Koehn, 60, Newton, hit a deer with her 2004 Ford Taurus at 6:13 a.m. Oct. 13.
K-150 west of Bluestem Rd.
Diana M. Johnson, 63, Lindsborg, hit a deer 2005 Buick Lacrosse at 6:14 a.m. Oct. 13.
US-50 west of 110th Rd.
Timothy S. Williams, 36, Ocala, Florida, hit a deer with a 2017 Freightliner owned by CRST, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, at 3:29 a.m. Oct. 14.
290th Rd. east of Nighthawk Rd.
Francis T. Mueller, 58, Tampa, hit a deer with her 2008 Pontiac G6 at 6:43 a.m. Oct. 18.
US-56 north of 230th Rd.
Taylor A. Gibson, 26, White City, hit a deer with her 2004 Chevrolet at 7:28 a.m. Oct. 18.
190th Rd. east of Jade Rd.
Haley J. Lowen, 17, Hillsboro, hit a deer with a 1999 Pontiac owned by Richard P. Lowen, Hillsboro, at 8:04 p.m. Oct. 17.
40th Rd. east of Wagonwheel Rd.
Dallas R. Wiebe, 24, Burns, drove a 2012 Kenworth owned by Wagon Wheel Farms, Florence, onto the shoulder of the road and the truck overturned onto its passenger side at 10 a.m. Oct. 16. Wiebe was taken to Wesley Medical Center, Wichita.
