These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

US-77 north of 240th Rd.

Gary P. Dodson, 49, Cowetta, Oklahoma, reported the next afternoon that he had hit a deer with his 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer at 9 p.m. July 27.

US-50 west of Doyle St., Florence

Jennifer Flores, 19, Newton, was injured when she drove her 2007 Mitsubishi Galant off a rain-slick highway and into a utility pole at 1:33 a.m. July 29.

She was taken to St. Luke Hospital by Florence ambulance.

Flores was ticketed on suspicion of driving while her license was suspended.

Deputy Mason Hinz’s report blamed the accident on driving too fast for conditions and said preliminary tests for alcohol and drug impairment had been administered, with results pending.

290th Rd. west of Quail Creek Rd.

Gwenn L. Belton, 67, rural Tampa, hit a deer with her 2012 Ford Escape at 9:14 p.m. July 31.

US-56 south of 250th Rd.

Justin C. Reed, 20, Plainville, hit a deer with his 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 at 9:20 p.m. July 31.
