These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

US-56/77 north of 240th Rd.

Yuchen Qin, 24, Manhattan, hit a deer with his 2010 BMW 550 at 7:30 p.m. March 21.

His car had to be towed, but neither he nor any of his passengers — Zhongtau Wu, 21; Xiao Boa, 24; and Xi Chen, 23, all of different Manhattan addresses — were reported to have been injured.

Upland Rd. south of US-56

Two teens were injured when an allegedly unlicensed driver rolled a car into a ditch at 3:15 p.m. March 24.

Driver Joshua Estey, 16, Peabody, was charged with not having a license and with driving too fast for conditions.

He and passenger Michael Nelson, 17, Marion, were taken to St. Luke Hospital by Marion ambulance.

The vehicle, a 1994 Pontiac Grand Am owned by Jesse Rose, rural Halstead, sustained extensive damage and had to be towed. Fencing and posts owned by Nick Kraus, rural Marion, also were damaged.

Indigo Rd. north of 110th Rd.

Daniel Schaefer, 56, Hillsboro, struck and killed a deer at 8:27 p.m. March 25 while driving a 2016 Toyota Corolla owned by Ean Holdings LLC of Tulsa.

The car had to be towed, but neither Schaefer nor passenger Angela Leifer, 32, of the same address was reported to have been injured.

Indigo Rd. at 120th Rd.

Two people were injured when Nicholas Sharp, 31, North Newton, allegedly ran a stop sign at 3 p.m. March 26 and crashed his 2002 Honda Odyssey into the side of a 2014 Ford Eclipse driven by Judith Berry, 65, Hillsboro.

Both Sharp and Berry’s passenger, Melisa Johnson, 37, of the same Hillsboro address were taken to Hillsboro Community Hospital by Marion and Hillsboro ambulances. Berry reportedly was not injured.

The two vehicles had to be towed. A bridge rail also was damaged in the accident.

No ticket was issued.

US-77 south of 105th Rd.

Felicia Earles, 27, El Dorado, was taken to Susan B. Allen Hospital in El Dorado after her 2012 Ford Explorer hit a deer at 8:25 p.m. March 27.

No injuries were reported for any of her passengers, all of the same address: infant Evan Earles; Ethan Pickens, 4; Dylon Pickens, 7; and Kieghan Earles, 8.

The SUV was towed.

Buller St. north of Prospect St., Goessel

Cynthia Gaddis, 36, Goessel, backed her 1999 Dodge Ram 250 from her driveway into a legally parked 2002 Ford F150 owned by neighbor Glen Palmer at 6:51 a.m. March 28.

Both vehicles sustained what appeared to be minor damage. No tickets were issued.
