Accident reports released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

US-50 at Nighthawk Rd.

A northbound 2013 Chevy Avalon driven by Terril Eberhard, 69, Peabody, was struck broadside and rolled onto its passenger side at 9:27 a.m. Dec. 16 after Eberhard allegedly failed to yield at a stop sign, according to deputy Doug Dick’s report.

Neither he nor Paige May, 18, Marion, driver of a westbound 2007 Chevy Impala that struck Eberhard’s pickup, were reported to have suffered injuries, but both vehicles had to be towed.

No citations were reported to have been issued.

400 block of Peabody St., Peabody

Abraham Eldridge, 24, Peabody, was accused of driving with an open container of alcohol after his 2011 Ford Ranger struck a legally parked 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 owned by Hunter Wilson at 2:08 a.m. Dec. 17.

Deputy Aaron Slater’s report listed Eldridge’s breath alcohol level at 0.078, or 0.002 below the legal limit.

Ashlee Alapert, 21, also of Peabody was a passenger in his pickup, which was towed.
