Peabody firefighters extricated victim Taylor Wallace, who was driving a 1996 Ford F250 owned by Gregory Ballew of the same rural Burns address.

The truck sustained extensive damage and was towed. A mailbox and metal fencing owned by Dennis Wilson of rural Peabody also were damaged.

Deputy Mike Ottensmeier’s report said Taylor had complied with restrictions of her farm driver’s license but blamed the accident on inattentive driving.
