According to law enforcement reports released Friday:

Pawnee Rd. north of 130th Rd.

A 1997 Chevrolet 1500 driven by Ryan Fry, 40, Newton, appeared to be driving north on Pawnee Rd. when the vehicle reportedly left the road to the right and overturned at 12:01 a.m. Nov. 11. Reporting sheriff’s deputy Derek Fetrow said marks located at the scene indicated that the vehicle was pulled back onto its wheels, had been cleaned out, and had a moderated odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from it. Fry reportedly several calls to people he knew before reporting the incident at 7:09 a.m. No injuries were reported, and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

US-56 east of Kanza Rd.

A 2015 Chrysler Town and Country driven by Sandra Showalter, 47, Rush Center, struck a deer at 7:24 p.m. Nov. 11. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

US-56 east of Pawnee Rd.

A 2004 Buick Century driven by Evelyn Throop, 76, Hillsboro, struck a deer at 6:12 p.m. Nov. 11. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

US-56 north of 150th Rd.

A 2009 GMC Sierra driven by Caleb Baumgardner, 94, Wellington, Texas, struck a deer at 5:48 p.m. Nov. 11. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

US-56 east of Diamond Rd.

Mickey Elmer, 55, Hillsboro, reportedly slowed down for debris in his 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse. Rodney Hayes, 48, Nickerson, did not see the vehicle slow down, and struck Elmer’s vehicle from behind with a 1999 Dodge V15 owned by Earnest Fincher of McPherson at 6:22 a.m. Nov. 18. Both vehicles were towed from the scene, and no injuries were reported.

US-56 and Diamond Rd.

Arden Voth, 60, Newton, was stopped in his 1979 Ford F250 waiting to turn left onto Diamond Rd. when a 2008 Peterbuildt tractor-trailer owned by D&R Trucking of Hutchinson that was driven by Joshua Souter, 29, Hutchinson, struck Voth’s vehicle in the rear at 6:20 a.m. Nov. 18. Voth’s vehicle overturned in a ditch, while Souter’s went into another ditch, striking a power pole owned by Westar Energy. Marion ambulance was at the scene, but did not transport any individuals. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

K-15 north of US-56

A 1999 Dodge Ram driven by Jaren Wiebe, 17, Durham, struck a deer crossing the road a half mile north of US-56 at 6 p.m. Nov. 15. Reporting officer Derek Calvert reported that Wiebe stated he was traveling 68 mph with cruise control on at the time of the collision.

Pawnee Rd. north of 110th Rd.

A 2003 Chevrolet Suburban driven by Tyler Slater, 26, Peabody, reportedly drifted across the road onto the east shoulder and struck a bridge rail owned by Marion County Road and Bridge at 2 a.m. Nov. 20. The vehicle, owned by Shelby Percell of Marion, was towed from the scene.
