Remington and 175th Rds.

Arthur Harold Helvin II, 20, 2743 Remington Rd., Marion, and Anthony Wade Combs, 27, 24805 Sweet Rd., Calhan, Colo., collided at 4:50 p.m. Sept. 30. Helvin was driving his 2002 Saturn sedan, and Combs was driving his 1987 Peterbilt semi. No injuries were reported.

190th Rd. west of Holly Rd.

Royce L. Kliewer, 62, 2088 27th Ave., Canton, drove off the road and struck a ditch in his 1993 Chevrolet sedan at 11:47 a.m. Oct. 4. Kliewer had a possible injury but was not transported by an ambulance.

210th Rd. west of Diamond Rd.

Tyler Glen Jones, 22, 1527 Orchard, Hutchinson, and Andrew Logan Meier, 18, 211 E. Maria St., Lehigh, collided when Jones stopped to avoid hitting a deer in the road at 11:25 p.m. Oct. 6. Meier was driving his 1998 GMC pickup, and Jones was driving a 2006 Ford pickup owned by Kevin Wayne Dies, 208 Marion St., Lehigh. No injuries were reported.

Cyle Lee Wilson, 20, 12490 N. 230th Rd., Okmulgee, Okla., reached down to pick up an item he dropped, went off the roadway, overcorrected, and rolled his 1994 Ford sedan. Passenger Kimberly Pierce, 48, 210 N. Roosevelt St., Marion, had a possible injury but was not transported by an ambulance.

Deer strikes

Shanna Marie Jensen, 36, 213 W. 2nd St., Washington, struck a deer with her 1999 Chrysler van at 7:15 a.m. Oct. 4 on K-15 north of 170th Rd.

Steven Bradley Goertzen, 57, 1040 Falcon Rd., Newton, struck a deer with his 2008 Toyota sedan at 9:20 p.m. Oct. 4 on 120th Rd. west of Eagle Rd.

Quentin G. Wacker, 22, 510 Novak St., Ellsworth, struck and killed a deer with a 2007 Suzuki sedan owned by Josie Anne Peterson, 601 N. Newton St., Lincolnville, at 7:47 p.m. Oct. 5 on U.S. 77 south of 257th Terrace.

Nurzahidah Binte Saadon, 23, 505 E. 1st St., Ramona, struck a deer with a 1997 Buick sedan owned by Billy E. Alcorn, same address, at 7:40 p.m. Oct. 9 on U.S. 77 north of 250th Rd.
