The following accidents were reported to Marion County law enforcement agencies:
414 N. Ash St., Hillsboro
David Bradley Buller, 23, 305 N. Ash St., Hillsboro, was backing from a parking stall at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 17, in a 2003 Chevrolet pickup, when his vehicle struck a parked 2004 Chevrolet pickup, owned by Ryan Wayne Janzen, 411 N. Ash St., Hillsboro. No damage estimate was indicated.
Washington and Main streets, Burns
Two cars collided at 8:50 a.m. Aug. 21 in downtown Burns. James E. Glenn, 77, 137 S. Santa Fe St., Burns, was turning south on Washington Street from Main Street in a 1995 Ford pickup, and ran into the left front fender of a 2005 Ford Taurus, driven by Mary A. Koehn, 80, 310 Liberty St., Burns. The Taurus rolled into a telephone pole. Richard L. Koehn, 80, of the same address as the driver, was a passenger. Mary Koehn had a possible injury but was not transported.
The pickup was registered to the City of Burns.
330th Road, 1.5 miles east of K-15
An Overland Park woman was seriously injured in a one-vehicle crash at 7:38 p.m. Saturday on 330th Road.
Sarah Catherine Mincher, 22, was driving a 2000 Nissan Xterra when the vehicle left the roadway, slid sideways, striking a ditch, and rolled. The driver and a front seat passenger, Dustin Carter, 19, Hope, were ejected. Mincher was airlifted to Wesley Medical Center.
Carter and a third passenger, Adam Paul Gantenbein, 22, Hope, sustained minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene.
