Sixty years ago this month on March 31, 1931 former Notre Dame football coach, Knute Rockne, was killed in a plane crash in Chase County.

Victor Keller, son of Bryant and Edna Keller, died March 7, 1991, in Absecon, New Jersey. He was born in Peabody on March 10, 1910, the son of William Bryant Keller, longtime Peabody clothing store operator, and Edna Keller.
