Dorene Kirkpatrick was hostess for the 20th Century Club on March 24. Attending were Lois Sayers, Norma Clark, Marie Clark, Sherol Nightengale, and Joyce Kyle. The afternoon was spent visiting and reading some quaint articles.
Lawrence and Lois Sayers picked up Sandy Sayers March 22 in El Dorado and went to Wichita to help Lawrence’s sister, Shirley Smith, celebrate her 80th birthday. They enjoyed a visited with several of Shirley’s children from Alaska.
Little Cody Koehn came to the home of his grandparents, Renferd and Wanda Koehn, the evening of March 24. His parents came for supper the following evening and he returned home with them.
Brooke Gaines spent the week of March 17 with her grandparents, Ronnie and Patti Gaines. The evening of March 21, they met Ty Gaines in El Dorado and Brooke went home with him to Madison.
Joyce Kyle attended Marion County Senior Citizens board meeting at Peabody Senior Center on March 21.
