W.W. Lamb was in Lost Springs Monday.

D.M. Greene got a record of 2:33 on his Wilkes stallion (Westbrook) at Wichita and took first place for best 3-year-old standard bred stallion.

Rev. C.W. Van Treese, who was in our city last week attending the funeral of his son, was the first man to preach a sermon in Peabody.
