A dog show sponsored by Peabody American Legion Auxiliary drew 27 entries.

Samantha Marie Johnson, daughter of Dyllon and Larissa Johnson, was baptized Sunday morning at Peabody United Methodist Church. Roy and Arlene Unruh of Peabody are her great-grandparents.

Rachel Berns is on the University of Kansas honor roll for spring semester.
