Due to the election last month of Peabody Mayor Randy Dallke to the Marion County Commission, changes had to be made to the Peabody City Council and Tom Schmidt will serve as Peabody mayor.

A Christmas open house is planned at the lake home of Judy and Bob Priest for Dec. 19. The Priests, along with the Chat and Dine Club members, planned the second annual Christmas house tour.
